I have a ticket for a special event. When should I arrive? Please plan to arrive at our Visitor Center at least one hour prior to your dining reservation or show time. Please note that specially ticketed events often include all-day admission to the Gardens (Gardens open at 10:00 am). There is a short outdoor walk required to reach the Conservatory, The Terrace, or performance venues.
